So... does customer service just not exist anymore??

Ordered 5 shirts, each image was printed too small. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for about a month now. This same exact thing happened to another order last year but the shirts were replaced no problem. I know since covid theres a “We’re 2 to 3 weeks behind schedule” message when you try and contact them, but I’m past that point now with no response.

It has been a month since I submitted my change request using their online contact form (which seems to be the only way to contact customer support). I received an automated ZenDesk response acknowledging that the request was received and a request number. After two weeks, I replied to the automated e-mail. Now it has been almost a month. I submitted a new request using their form, referencing the request number from the original request. The lack of customer support is keeping me from buying anything else from DBH. It just isn’t worth the risk and hassle when there are so many competing services available.
