This company really sucks.

I have a pending order that they took the money for, and I want to cancel the order, but I can’t do it by phone—they don’t list a phone number anywhere on their website. I think a company that doesn’t want you to have contact with them is not very professional, nor are they very customer-friendly. I refuse to do business with them at this point and have sent an email for them to cancel my order. Meanwhile, I have to wait for four days to find out if they got my message.

Email response times can take up to 72 hours, but are typically handled within the first 24 hours.
