@MrFourFingers – While I see where you’re coming from, I think this fits very well to the TDKR. The misfits skull has been used on several occasions in street art, being worked into stencils of many notable pop culture icons; and I feel confident that if the events of TDKR were a reality, this symbol would make it’s way on to walls and overpasses everywhere.

@AdamGorham – I was saying that it’s a great concept, and one that I felt had a sense of realism. My response was aimed as a debate point toward MrFourFingers’ comment, because his other comments on this site I have generally agreed with. The point I was debating was whether there was any relevance between this logo and the world of TDKR. I wasn’t debating the legality of this shirt design, nor do I ultimately care. If it breaches the conditions of the contest, then the admins will remove it, but it really doesn’t change the fact that I think it’s great.

@audioc – Preach brother man, preach! This art is sick, I would for sure buy this in a heartbeat. Give the man some respect, it’s clever as hell, so stop hating on his art, I don’t see you guys creating anything better.
I’m a big fan of the Misfits. I like simple designs than complex, so when I saw the competition this was the first design that came to mind. As said above, the Misfits logo does not belong to them, they only make use of it and is one of the most recognized icons in music and it was used in many ways as possible. It’s ok if you dont like the design, i do and apparently im not the only one.
