John,I like your work, but i feel, that because of the banner and star at the top, this might look better as a centralised print. Maybe you could give it a relook and if you do change the placement of this, perhaps you may wanna remove the smaller balloon.

I really like this design, and unlike a couple who have commented otherwise, the fact that it’s off center doesn’t bother me a bit. However, I would not have known that the woman is supposed to be Justice had the work not been so entitled. I do agree with those who asked about her missing scales. Can you add the scales to the design, perhaps repeating a series of small scales in the banner? Without the scales, it’s just a blindfolded woman sitting precariously on an airship. (Alternatively, you could add the word "justice" to the banner.) Something to identify her would really help in my opinion.
