Yes. Oh my God, we’ve discovered that some people like shirts that don’t look they were sketched onto the back of a damn notebook by an emo kid with ADD.
Or maybe some people, like me, are sick of the same old retreaded Threadless designs that are always popping up here.
Or maybe some people are sick of shirts that are supposed to be funny and really just make you look like you have a shitty sense of humor. Shaking hands with the devil with your fingers crossed? GENIUS!

I think more shirts need to be made like this. The shirt will oviously pop out if someone is wearing it, and its not too comlex like the other submissions, where there is so much detail one must stare at the shirt for half an hour to see what it actually “means.” I like this…
Obvious fake accounts are obvious. Seriously, they’re almost even registered in numerical order, with no profile information. “ilovejews” “nice08”? and of course this shirt is perfect for “WolfHowlingAtMoon”. How convenient!

I’m not a hater, I’m just pointing out the obvious. This shirt is a far cry from a masterpiece, and for a site that’s dedicated to creative new ideas, this is some blatantly phony shit. Delete this. Or print it! And see if the fake accounts conjur up real orders :]

This is a simple yet well-developed t-shirt idea. Reyy I dont understand your comments, and I feel they are thoughtless and unprovoked. Its unfortunate that you seem to have a personal vendetta against zWhitman and his unique design (perhaps because his idea has more votes than yours?). This site is about artists designing and developing, and that is exactly what zWhitman has so excellently done. Give some credit to a fellow artist when they have created something liked by so many.

@#&! I knew I should have used an emo cartoon of my face as my avatar so amateur t-shirt designers would believe I was real. comments are for potential buyers, not malicious competitors. if this t-shirt is made, im buying it and so are my friends. im sure other posters agree.

The thing about this design is that it doesn’t look that good until you see the overlay on the shirt. There’s too much empty space on just the picture. Have you looked at the Tshirt view though? The balance is perfect. The moon on the upper left shoulder matches well with the wolf on the lower right side. The small empty spaces with stars on the lower left side and upper right shoulder effectively balance the weight from the colored parts. All in all the black sky and the colored technowolf contrast very well with each other and make a truly unique shirt. Can anyone who doesn’t like it give any reasons for the dislike? Or is it just because the shirt doesn’t look like a lot of the half-assed, overly complicated sketches that make it to print?
Hmmm. I have seen many designs/artwork on this site that are far more deserving of votes than this one….its not bad, but its also not great-if I may be honest…but thats just how I feel, I don’t speak for everyone. Good luck..?

I still haven’t seen a legitimate critique of the design that goes any deeper than “I don’t like the colors”. Does anyone actually have an intelligent, rational, critical comment? All the artists on here and no one can give a persuasive reason why they dislike it?
Artistic reasons why this shirt is crappy: 1) The mundane MS Paint circles trying to seem like “design” 2) The boring lines 3) The clip-art wolf 4) The ultra-typical colors 5) The strange placement of the graphic on the shirt. Only a cracked-out David Bowie wannabe reject who completely misses the point of life would wear this. Or, if I found it for $2 at a thrift store I might consider getting it for a laugh. Ironic disco night does not happen every night, and in very few people’s lives.
The point of life is what then, ninjas brushing your teeth? And you object to a shirt with a non-symmetrical graphic? I really like how it’s an unconventional design. Instead of looking like a doodle on a notebook it actually looks like a well designed shirt. I’ll give you that the colors are bright (“typical” is a reach) but I think they just work with the graphics and with the black area.

As for supporting my vote—it reminds me of a revamped nature scene with a techno twist. I like the blueish-purples against the black background. Great design zwhitman.
its surprising that this design gets all these votes…its not that its ugly, its just different. i dont like it actually, but i dont hate it too. i tried to look at it the way the other voters do, but i cant really see a positive side in this design…well, just sort it out, gud luck.maybe?

Wow. What can I say. Absolutely Stunning. Being an avid wolf lover/enthusiast, I have been waiting years for something like this to surface. The combination of the surreal colors with the perfectly executed geometric orientation gracefully hit home with me.
