Unique! There are many elements about this design that I like- it’s simple, yet has a complexity that gives it an allure.. Without getting too analytical, it’s like the Rorschach images of the past, you can’t just give it one quick glance and take it in, you have to think about it for a second. I agree with the above statement about the placement, were it centered it would seem more like a logo that would take away an artistic element.
