I adore the picture, and the way the image is broken up so we only see pieces of it across the shirt. But I’m not sure about it being in the shape of a hand print. I’d prefer something more abstract, or some shape from the picture (like the clasped hands of the father and daughter). Still a great design, and it has my vote. +1
