Design is badass, just need to improve the placement and shirt color dynamic. Also, I think you could lose a lot of the stuff around the faces and focus more on the heads themselves.
I apologize, I didn’t understand “macrocosm” when I commented earlier, but after I found out what that means It makes sense. Just make the design bigger and change the shirt color and it would be much improved in my mind.

I have to agree with Clair, this is some awesome artwork (You have rights to all the images right?) but the way it abruptly fades out is awkward.
