Its cool, but that rectangle will not do. If you read this thread by Jimiyo about DBH shirts:
If the design is a rectangular image pasted on the chest without concern for the t-shirt canvas, it will be rejected, unless it’s intentionally made to work compositionally as a pasted image.
It looks very unrefined, same goes for your other design. I think you should put some more time into the designs, and also think about the medium (t-shirt) designing it for.
