Amazing illustration! Not sure yet if I’d buy the tee though but my mother would so I already voted. If it prints I hope someone posts a photo wearing it, that might help me decide.
I’m pretty sure that this is too many colors for an all-over print (the limit is 3), and while I think that this is really, really beautiful, I’m not sure that it’d print very well (and, as the the one thread says, shirts with random faces don’t sell well).
yes, without the face this would absolutely print AND if you kept it under 3 colors…other than that your work is absolutely fantastic.. PLEASE keep submitting more of your work in the future :)
Hi everyone and thank you very much for taking an interest in my stuff! I’m a total newbie when it comes to prints on fabrics, or designing t-shirts for that matter, so all your comments, tips and suggestions are very welcome. I didn’t even know that there’s a limit on how many colors you can use on one print… Well anyway, as you can probably guess, I originally didn’t paint this piece to be used on a shirt. I will soon create a design solely for that purpose and hopefully it will be more suitable than this. Thanks again!

Green, Orange, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, White and Black.
The shirt also has some overlapping colors, and there’s, I believe, some dithering. This shirt may not be doable, but just wanted to throw that out there, just in case it helps.

I think it’s a great piece of art, but doesn’t really work well as a shirt.
