I love eagles, and I love the concept, but it looks a bit rushed. I think you could put a little more love into it. For instance, the 2nd bald eagle head isn’t cut out very well. You’ll notice that the curve of the top of the beak goes right into the curve of the head as if it’s a big half-circle. If you look closer, you’ll see the black behind the beak feathers that you didn’t cut out, which is why the overall shape of the head looks round when it shouldn’t be (making it look odd.) The red circle seems kinda random and unnecessary too. If you decide to rework this please let me know, I’d love to see it and hopefully give it a vote.
You also need to make sure none of those photos are copyrighted (or, if they are, that you personally own the rights to them). They can’t just be photos you googled.

I have to a agree with Rtofirefly on this one, its an awesome design but you could definetly put more into it, both in the artwork and the rendering…
