Make the boxes smaller and have just them, lots of them rising from the bottom of the shirt. I like the green gradient and again you have a good eye for composition.
This is my favorite of your subs, unlike Sir Wotto, I find the size of the boxes to be just fine..the steady lines of black on the sleeves is what leaves my eyes sore-they look good on the chest though.

I’d prefer if all the boxes where all the darker shade of green but never the less this is awesome!

I like the style you use for your design, but it doesn’t really work here…
