For the amount of critiques I’ve seen you give, I’m surprised you haven’t received anything in return on this shirt. I won’t go into details on my opinion of it. But I will say, the figure on the bottom is pixilated, which clashes in contrast to the smooth brush strokes you have going on in the rest of the design.
Also the placement of the beam of blue leading up to the collar is very awkward, almost looks like the figure is holding a leash that leads up to the neck.
Over all I think the concept has potential but the execution could be a lot better.

I think it’s great that you are commenting on everyone’s piece but you definitley need to revisit this piece and not just copy a shadow from a photo like you have done also when you make your mockups try multiplying the art layer and the shadows of the shirt will show through and make it look more realistic.
I agree with WepanicinapeW, the overall concept and layout of the design is well thought out but the pixelated silhouette kinda brings down the whole design. It would be cool if you could retrace it with the pen tool in illustrator or photoshop to give it that solid crispy edge in contrast to the soft, air brush like strokes of the energy flow. Overall I think with a little bit of tweaking, this could come out a ton better. + 1
