very clean, dig the colors!! :D
@7sixes: They’re kinda supposed to be separate but together. :)
Think of each image as representing an individual experience on the way from the womb to the tomb. ;)
this is cool. i like it
I like color and style +1

very cool +1
nice one! would wear this!
Cool graphics! print!!!!!
donfens:i like this so i voted but it takes too much from your original winning design. doubt DBH will print something so similar.
he only reused 3 images which he pointed out himself and said that he did on purpose. other artists do the same thing. it’s part of his signature style which is awesome :)
its not just the three images that are taken from the original. the color scheme, the style and pattern of the artwork, the story it tells, etc. dont get me wrong, i do like it. i hope it wins and i’ll probably get it too.
ace! love it.
@donfens: I’m glad you still like the design and plan on getting it if it comes to print. Also, thanks for the vote.
Naturally I disagree with your critique however, but everybody has their own opinions about things. Personally I think they’re 2 very different pieces. This one is a bit darker and moodier in tone if you scratch beneath the surface, whereas the other is more lively and energetic and fun. Also the composition and arrangement of the characters in this piece is more isolated with a lot of negative space introduced as opposed to the solid, more scenic approach I used in While You Were Sleeping. You’re right about the style being the same though because well… it’s my style :P
And as far as the colors go, the only thing that’s similar is the red. This one actually has 2 less overall then WYWS. The dark color isn’t as dark as WYWS’s and the light shade is a creamy off-white as opposed to the sandy/khaki colors I used there.
really cool, 80th!
definitely very nice!+1
I like this better than “Sleeping” and I’d probably buy it +1
