It might sell someplace like West49, where offense is their fashion xD
Yay for Simultaneous Contrast! aka the “3D-ness” effect on the eyes :)
i didnt say anything about selling well at dbh, i just said that it would sell. and i agree, like at a gag gift store like spencers
When people say something would sell that typically means it would do very well in sales. So I thought that’s what you meant.
You all are big dumbases. If this design is so negative, than why you all talk about it?
I already understand everything from the first thestray comment. I know now that this design is harsh, but you all make so big thing about it, than it would be some kind global disaster. stop talking the same thing all over again.
You obviously didn’t understand everything – because you posted an entire paragraph about why you thought our critiques were wrong (because they were worried about what people would think). Several of us then responded and clarified exactly what our issues were. In fact, some people (myself included) gave our opinion of the type of place this design WOULD do well (not something particularly negative).
Furthermore, everyone has the ability (and right) to voice their opinion of this shirt – even if that opinions been said by someone previously. The purpose of a comment section is for people to comment and discuss the design, which is exactly what’s happened. I’m sorry you don’t like the discussion or the route that it’s taken, but that’s the nature of submitting your work on a site where audience critique/discussion are not only present, but encouraged.
Finally, calling everyone “a big dumbass” (apparently, including the people who said positive things) is NOT the way to endear yourself to the community. If anything, it’s a way to make people, really, really dislike you.
Thus not having any votes…which is not a good thing.
Exactly. There’s someone on here who plagiarized a submission (and got caught) – and even though he seems super nice, nobody votes for his designs anymore, because he refused to address the issue for awhile and it seemed kinda douchey. Despite having tried to make amends, it’s a case of “too little too late” – and it’s a shame that you decided to go down that road.
There’s humor in HIV? I’m sorry, but 99% of the population looks down upon anyone joking about a terminal disease.
And if you’re “happy illustrating vectors” then why is the shirt just type?
I fear people will walk away from me wearing this shirt not funny in any way
