I’m not the most reliable source, but I think if you try to resubmit now, it won’t make it because it would be considered a duplicate, so I would email them and ask them to remove this one, and resubmit the bigger one.
This is only something I’ve read in other comments sections though, if I were you, I’d check the FAQ page.

you should really use the whole shirt like a lot of the designs on here do, great idea, just needs some resizing
