I really like the colors/birds. My only suggestion would be size/placement — maybe make the tornado smaller and wind around the body a bit more in a serpentine style pattern.

I think that way, it’d provide interesting contours and also better utilize the shirt as a canvas.

Birds could be reduced on the shirt. Love the design, though!
