I like your concept but think it needs more detail..You could really go places with this idea..Why is the urine blue? I have seen a blue man before but I am sure that even their urine is yellow. Why does she have an umbrella? Shouldn’t that young lady be enjoying the sensation of rain on her face ;)?
Maybe it’s my gender, but I think the concept’s gross, haha. That said, I like the “cute” nature of the art and I know a ton of guys who would think is hilarious.

I do agree with Stagnant, maybe the umbrella shouldn’t be there and the girls should be like “daaaancing in the rain…” haha, or something like that cuz she obviously doesn’t know there are a bunch of weird cats/dogs(?) peeing out the “rain” just for her amusement. Me likes, me likes a lot and yes, you could build up the concept a little better to make this one even more hilarious and fun.
