I think it would look way better (and be a potential winner) without all that extra stuff you added to the background, it would also look great as a 1 color print. In my opinion you should definitely resub it.

and that is why I asked to see the linework. There is a lot of rich detail and beauty that is being lost in the transition. If you need to expand the composition as you are trying to do with the shapes on the tee, try to work in that bamboo. But I dig the feeling of it as is, research alternative methods of inking and coloring your piece digitally, maybe watercolors? I really like this.

Definitely research, play around and resub this piece. As is right now in the submission I don’t think you’ll hit a print.

Some designs just look a lot better the simpler you keep them. All this needs is to play around with the contrast a bit and it’ll be perfect.
