I think you need a way to integrate the design with the t-shirt better. The border is too artificial. But the negative image is pretty cool.
I love the image. But as Mymil said, taking off the curved line and maybe even the background behind the buildings, the image would flow into the shirt. I’d buy one like it is, but “cooler” can be achieved! ;-)
