Thats pretty close…the blue notes refer to the quintessential notes that levy their way from blues/jazz and into the relegated contemporary forms of ‘pop’ music via the rock/metal chords that simply wouldn’t stand up with their aural presence without those specifically strategic channelled notes…yes Oliver had it.
