This is probably the most “shirt” of all of the designs. A wearable, simple, “I’m wearing a shirt” shirt, and not an “EVERYONELOOK AT ME” “shirt” shirt.
I love these comments, so just to pile more on, another comment, oh and btw chimp thanks for the opinion on the “SUB”, so be a pal check out my comics at

Kiwi, clever comment. Your cartoons are even more interesting, seriously. As silly as they make look, that is how some cartoonists & or artists actually may get noticed because of it’s old school style…Keep trying, & keep that for your portfolio, it may actually be of some use to you one day. Good luck. By the way Chip, your home made videos are also unique, it as if two movie reviewers are giving live comical analysis of poorly made video games from the past, it’s fascinating material. Please make more, they are very funny.
Calling a group of people ignorant, without qualifying why, just sorta gives the image of someone shouting, “Oh yeah, well you’re a stupid head!” before running away crying.
Lift us from the shadow of ignorance, 7sixes.
Tell us why T-shirts are worthless unless they are high art.
This is a really good illustration of a burger. haha i love it and hope it gets printed. why all the hate? not everything on this website has to be japanese-y over-detailed crap.
Just wanted to jump in here to say that trying to argue this to Warhol’s piece is a massive logic gap. Needless to say I don’t think that this piece is about consumerism and mass production and the juxtaposition to the art consumerist.
Is it only me, fallen_ph, and 7sixes that think this design is just one dumb, overrated (although i applaud your skills of advertising), and overvoted design? I agree, the random pictures are unnecessary, but i couldn’t stop laughing at the puking for like 5minutes. Also, like 7sixes said, 321 votes can’t give you a straight print, thank god for that rule of DBH. When it shows up on their attention radar, they’ll probably pass on it, cuz frankly, it’s not a shirt that belongs on DBH. I believe one person on here said that “it’s just a shirt, not something that you’re hanging in a museum.” Well, most of the shirts have a deep meaning or at least a detailed design, and most could in fact go in a modern art museum. This, could not. Maybe teefury, perhaps? Although DBH might see it as “hey, it got a lot of votes, meaning much earning potential”, but the day they print this is the day i leave this site-what has this world come to if it were to be?
Thanks for your time, and i will offer a “good luck”, though i can’t honestly say “Voted” to go along with that.
So guess what? I don’t know why i’m still looking at this design, but i feel i have to tell mr. Loner ^^^^^^ up there that while i don’t take too fondly to this dumb design, i also don’t like the life’sgood shirts either, and have no plans of ever buying one of them either. Basically these two fall in the same category. Next argumentative point please?
LOL you artists are so amazingly worthless. If this burger is not real “art,” why are you threatened by it? Elitist bastards, no wonder you come to this website – doomed to live and die in obscurity, your claim to fame being a half-dozen cluttered designs, unable to make it anywhere but here. Artists? Pah! Wannabes, the lot of you, and tremendous failures at that.
Whoa, how come nobody invited me to this totally happenin party?! Looks like you people were having a lot of fun.
On the real though, both sides of this “argument” need to chill out. To you veteran DBHers, you don’t need to call foul every time a new person recruits their friends to vote for them, because as we all know, DBH is not all about votes, thankfully. So just let it go. If you don’t like it ignore it. If you have a valid constructive criticism go ahead and offer that. At the end of the day it’s just people supporting a shirt like that, no need to cause a fuss.
To the Cult of Burgin’, haha, I actually took the time to read through ALL these posts, and I saw a lot of comments from you guys saying “the dbh community”, “you artists”, “the folks here” and so on and so forth. And by my count, it’s seems like only about 4 or 5 DBH members even commented on this shirt. There are hundreds of us here, we’re all individuals and have different opinions and sensibilities like any other community, there’s no need to make blanket statements about ALL of us.
Secondly, insulting the work of artists who aren’t even participating in this conversation to me seems uncalled for. A lot of you seem to latch on to one or two examples of shirts you don’t like here (like Winters Wolf Night) and act like that shirt represents the majority of designs here, when it obviously doesn’t. There’s a diverse array of art here. If you like this shirt that’s fine, but you don’t have to diss shirts that have nothing to do with this shirt in order to defend it. Futhermore, saying things like “I wouldn’t wear any of the shirts here.” does nothing but hurt this shirt’s chances, because if enough of you are saying that what impression does that give DBH? It gives them the impression that the people voting on this shirt are not their target market and if you like this shirt then this shirt probably doesn’t fit their demographic. The general negativity doesn’t help it’s chances either, it would’ve been a better idea to just ignore those few negative comments instead of escalate them.
I know, I know, it’s all said and done now, haha, I was late to this shindig, but just consider this post for future reference.

Goddamn that’s a sexy shirt.
I sure hope I can own one in the near future.
Is this a t-shirt design submission or a f’in flash rave?
Oh and no to this design. Seriously, you clowns are more see-thru than scotch tape.
This is probably the most “shirt” of all of the designs. A wearable, simple, “I’m wearing a shirt” shirt, and not an “EVERYONE LOOK AT ME” “shirt” shirt.
I’ll take two.

Unoriginal and dumb.

This is just a poorly done cheeseburger.

FUCK YES BURGERS
IF YOU DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE BEST SHIRT EVER YOU ARE OVERTHINKING. BURGERS. THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. /cruisecontrol
I’d just like to say that this is one freakin’ good looking burger. And I would wear it proudly (no, honest, I’d buy it if I could.)

To all who think this is a dumb design:
Ever seen those Life Is Good shirts? You know, the really popular ones, with just a smiley face?

Sooo, is it safe to say I will never enjoy this shirt?
