Okay, that comment and the other I made was pretty harsh. I’ll replace it with something that isn’t dickish:
The Ctrl + Z idea has been used before, and for this shirt, I think you could expand on the concept more. The placement feels a little off, but for the most part I think you have the beginning of a nice comp that could be utilized in a more clever way. I’d suggest taking the idea further and integrating it into the shirt itself, maybe? Like maybe you’re undoing something that is on the shirt, like undoing a stain or something.
So I admit that it is not the greatest idea in the world, but I thought people could relate to it. If you have better ideas, lets see them. There are alot of worst designs out there, so go pick on somebody else.

HAHA! I often think Ctrl + Z in real life when I wish I didn’t do something. Doesn’t work :(
