@StagnantLife, it wasn’t inspired by Zelda. actually it started as a recycle campaign my department was doing inside the University where I work. So I had the idea of trees as earth’s lungs and saw some pics of forest on fire on the net and this is what jumped on my mind. We do have a lot of rain forest down here (I live in bolivia) and this time of the year a lot of “chaqueo” (I’m not sure if there’s a word for it in English, is when agricultors burn down the ground, trees and plants to plant crops) goes on and on and it’s painful to see it happening every single year. Well, hopefully this shirt gets to people’s minds and make them think about this.

thanks a lot for your comments! Oh and, I really hope Agent Orange gets the chance too :oD

when agricultors burn down the ground, trees and plants to plant crops – What is the purpose, to destroy any pesticides? That happens with certain crops up here in the states as well

Thanks SPYKEEE!! hi five back at you :oD
@StagnantLife, Actually they say it makes land more fertile but, studies show that fire consumes the humus (that’s the organic composite on the surface of the ground), this humus has microrganisms and components that make soil fertile by it self and it does not need to be burn down. The thing is that the “chaqueo” is a very old tradition among agricultors down here.

The concept is good, but I would have preferred it on a non-white tee (I have too many white tees already) – how ‘bout hot/deep pink? – and printed on DBH 50/50 Perfect Tee, as the American Apparel Tees are too big for me even in small size. Congrats once more on being printed. :)
I am waiting for an awesome design to be printed on a hot/deep pink tee as that’s a colour I really want to wear!
Cheers!
