I agree maybe position the claw more so that it appears fully from the front.
It needs an edge or something cause it just looks, too much like just an anime pic. Maybe a claw slash to give it a more pizazz.

i like it as is! i think the placement on the shirt may be the best thing about it. and the shoulder doesn’t bother me at all, on the contrary actually. i like how the black in the collar and on the shirt sleeves adds to the design. nice work.
