The name chosen by the artist, “jewgas”, is an obscene insult to the memory of the millions of Jews and others who were murdered in the Holocaust. It is an obvious reference to the gassing of Jews in the death camps. The artist should be ashamed of himself/herself and while Design by Humans isn’t likely to block the use of the name, the company should at least contact the artist to discuss the tasteless nature of his/her choice. The name is either meant to be “funny” and “ironic” or is intentionally offensive. Either way, the character of the person certainly does not merit the reward of a vote for the t-shirt.
Someone needs a little education in the suffering people endured.

Or maybe it’s a coincidence. Ever thought of that? He’s from Lithuania; I figure his mother tongue is not English, but Lithuanian. Look at the description; the grammar is incorrect and I doubt “brush stroke” is what he meant to say.
Someone needs to not read too much into things and to be oversensitive and aggressive about things he has absolutely no knowledge about.
Unless you have some kind of proof. I’d love know.

This was really coincidence, because my real name is Džiugas and in Lithuanian pronunciation is jewgas. It has no deal with jews and gas.
