This is actually the hand sign my father gave to me on his death bed (as his tongue had been removed for cosmetic purposes and speaking was therefore difficult). I don’t exactly know what it means, but I can safely assume it was my late father telling me to seize the day, love all of those around me, and strive to achieve my dreams. After looking up this “shocker” you mentioned I am thoroughly disgusted by your immaturity. Please sir; we’re all adults here, try to act like one.
I am sorry about your father, and I’m glad you and he could communicate despite the cosmetic obstacles. I’m sure this gesture is special to you, and it should be, because it was part of an important moment in a meaningful relationship.
That being said, it is ALSO widely known as the Shocker. No getting around it. If YOU drew a different meaning from a fist with the middle finger out, everyone ELSE would still read it as someone flipping the bird. They are not pervs or immature, they are simply aware of the prevalent connotation of that gesture.

They’re not being immature, they’re being realistic. If you do end up walking around with a shirt with this gesture, unfortunately, chances are you are the one that might be called immature, as least by those who know what the “shocker” is. Designs are not only about what it means, but what it might mean to other people.
im just wondering why his dad would have his tongue removed for “cosmetic purposes”? and why, if it were not to symbolize the shocker, there is the word “ZAP” on it?
