Lots of eyes and eyes in weird places are all the rage right now. Seriously. It’s kind of strange. There must have been at least half a dozen designs released just this summer from the t-shirt companies I watch that featured weird eyes.

oops I thought it would be ok, but you could be right. oh well, it’s not really in the running for a winning design.

Unfortunately, Bailey might be right… This is an applicable part of the Terms & Conditions you agree to when you submit it on Threadless: ‘In addition, by submitting your Design, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Design to others for any commercial purpose for ninety (90) days after the date of submission while the Design is being evaluated by Threadless.com.’ But in this clause, it doesn’t say ‘...your Design and any derivatives of your Design,’ and since you changed the coloring, this might be okay. I honestly don’t know.
