My concept of Love Gun…a girl lusting for the love gun. Did do the typography thing again..but did it differently with two tones this time. Sketching done with my trusty tablet (didn’t do any scan work this time..all sketching done on bamboo!) I’d like for the gray typography portions in the “Love Gun” to be printed in silver foil (if it is considered for tshirt print). I think the four colors (gray-sketching, black-gun shadow portions, silver foil-gun portions, & red- Kiss logo bandana print portions) make the design “pop” a bit. Design is finished in vector format. KISS fan sharing my concept of one of their most popular tracks.

Kinda sexy, great illo, love the rough sketchy feel on it, at first i tough this one was for the unbranded category but there are some KISS logos on the thing shes got around her neck, great typetreatment, just an opinion, ligth silver on white is not heavy enough, make it charcoal, anyways, thats just me, lovely piece, sure deserves a vote….peace…
Very Nice drawing. I like the type elements going on. Wouldn’t mind if the drawing was a little bit bolder, but cool idea nonetheless.
It’s great! I also think it’d look great with stronger colors. Still, looks great. I like the use of typography.
love it, just wish it wasnt a “kiss” design… maybe throw something else in there and try to make it a DBH design

When you were telling me about your design idea I was picturing a head to toe view of the girl…but this works as well. I don’t think we would’ve been able to see the detail of the girl licking the “Love Gun” if you woulda done a full body view. Good $hit dude! Peace.

Nice drawing, nice art… but not what I would want from a KISS shirt… it looks like KISS is an afterthought in it. As a guy, I would feel strange wearing it… I mean, exactly what statement is it making to people who see it?
Thanks for the constructive comments! I will definitely look into making my sketches darker in the future…but it is in vector format, so the swatch could always be changed to a darker color. When I hear Paul Stanley’s “Love Gun”….this is what came to my mind….a heartless chick, a love desperado chick that loves getting “love gunned”….
