About the Submission

This submission is the most my style. I love retro and kitsch so when the phrase “kiss my grits” popped in my head I had to make a KISS T-shirt based on it! This “KISS My Grits” T-shirt is inspired by retro cereal boxes and a phrase made popular by a sassy waitress on a classic comedy series. Gene plays the role of the classic cute cereal box kid and proclaims that the grits are so good you’ll want to “Lick It Up”! The grits are also “Dr. Love” approved – so they must be good for you too! This kitschy “KISS My Grits” shirt will also kindly tell those KISS nay sayers to kiss your butt (to put it nicely).
