Well the thing is not that you can’t use the character of Frankenstein, you just can’t use THEIR version of Frankenstein. Which I think is totally reasonable.

A guy had to pay up a lot of money to Universal after they saw his Frankenstein tee. So be careful what you’re appropriating, and how.
