i like the back side way better

ive seen soooo many with the front ribcage theme so im really digging the spine theme soooo much more. it looks really dope. i would def buy with just the red heart on front and the black spine on back. i would by one for my ex boyfriend too because hes into anatomy big time. voted +1
oh, and take the spray spots out i think. it doesnt do anything for the overall design for me anyway

The spine on the back is a great idea. I would lose the spray spots and put the heart inside the rib cage instead of having it float in front.

I agree. The spatter isn’t needed. Voted anyway! This looks great! I like the twist of adding the spine detail.
