A very simple graphic and composition that I think works well. It’s much better on the white tee. Given that it’s Earth Day I think that it would be apt to put this design on a natural tee, maybe organic cotton if it’s available here.
The technique you used is a little rough. Presumably you used a photo you took and created selections either using the Magic Wand Tool or Select Color Range. The telltale digital footprints that leaves is at odds with the very organic theme of the design. It’s a fine line here, but I think that by taking the time to physically create color definition with a paintbrush or other more manual methods would be more genuine. Leaves are fingerprints. They’re honest and unique.
i like it better than the white tee too,
and i totally dig these colours!
i couldn’t tell it was a leaf at first, cause it’s such a round leaf,
but on a tee in person i’d totally be able to tell, i like it :)

old leaves are beautiful… I love where you are going with this…..
but maybe a lower off-center placement? … and somehow the cyan seems wrong to me … there is nothing bad about it… its probably just because it is autumn here at the moment and I seem to want it to be a golden orange!!
looks a lot better on black because the big black ‘holes’ don’t show.
+1 for luck… am looking forward to seeing what else you come up with.
