Beautiful drawing, however proper presentation of your work is everything when it comes to attracting an audience and getting votes. Try using one of the models from here: http://www.designbyhumans.com/win/tshirt_design_guide rather than the flat template that you used.
Also, raakha makes a point. Though the sketch itself is excellent and very detailed, it could use a little extra something to make it stand out from all the other animal drawings that get submitted. Try adding a splash of color in the background, or maybe some abstract designs coming out of the ends of the branches. Either way though, the choice is yours. Good luck! :)
