this design has potential. i would get rid of the photograph of the eagle and replace it with a hand drawn one, or a vector drawing. and watch out for stretching your images when you place them on your shirts, because they all seem to be skewed

i think hand draw or vector drawing would be worse
but you are right on stretching images
