All it’s missing is a top hat and a monocle, haha. I usually don’t like pun shirts, but this is funny and nice looking. I’d wear it. +1

I think that he/she/it should be clapping.
Because seals clap.
And clapping symbolizes approval.
…at least in western culture. ;]

i originally had the tail wrap around, but it looked awkward to me. I can post a version with the wrap around later today. thanks everyone!
