I’ve decided to redesign my KOL WEAPON. I wanted it to look nice american vintage and real…
This shirt is printed in one colour on little lighter background. There can be used any colours, but I wanted ratio beetween them to be minimal.
On the back there will be rest of belt and little text+logo “Made with passion for Kings of Leon” on the top of the back.
Rest of it remains the same.
My inspiration for this:
- “four kicks” lirycs
- changes and progress of the band (owl deprives the gun his agresive meaning)
- owl from “Only by the night” promotion

haha. i’ve been wanting to do this idea on a shirt for quite awhile, but you’ve executed it very nicely. I think you should make one that’s for the shirt of the day contest and just go all out on detail for the belt and gun. but just do a normal wood handle. it would be awesome if the metal part of the revolver is printed with metallic ink or foil. oh and maybe a nifty engraving on the belt buckle

Thanks for suggestions Soggy_Waffle :) But I think mettallic foil and nifty engraving won’t do for Kings of Leon, it to shiny and artificial I think… They are REAL, and stand for real things (not litteraly real though), and that’s why I love them so much! And for great sense of humour :D and this idea pistol on tee is a joke or irony as You wan’t it to call ;)

Yep! JeskaS I love it! soooo much! I bought Berlin tickets next day I’ve heard this one :D Hope they’ll play this or even more of new material there :)

By the way, I would like to wear this shirt on the 2nd of July when KoL is playing in Ahoy – Rotterdam!!!! So I realy hope you win.

Little more? Maybe, a little adjust at the moment of printing shouldn’t be a problem :)
