It’s really cool! But I think it shoulda’ been either:
人間によってデザイン
or
デザイン・バイ・ヒューマンズ

I don’t think it’s a good idea to mix proper Japanese grammar （による）with an English-imported title (デザインandヒューマンズ）. But yeah, still kick-ass! You got my vote.
