the concept aimed to express here is that the Tony Hawk Foundation and Quiksilver, by the means of creating skateparks, can and does tear down the fences that stand in the way of youthful fun. The creation of skateparks can, and does, do away with the need to search out unlawful, unsafe, and undesirable locales for skating.
