i love this except for the wings. and beside the green leaf maybe have a dollar bill or something. and i dont think the eye is necessary.

Thanks for the comment b_ryce. I did this a sketch because I was geeked about using my new tablet and have a lot to say about the subject matter. On the sketch, the eye is closer to the art, but I thought that placing it on the sleeve wouldn’t interfere as much. The eye and wings both have meaning in the concept (for me), but I understand that it might not help for the design. Tried to split the difference, but again, thanks for your honesty! 78Layers

No I did not take this picture of a monkey with a gun and if I did I prolly wouldn’t be around to tell about it. Obviously I used the picture to make my sketch version. Nothing in this design is live traced or premade. Some of this composition is based on multiple images and illustrations that I found, but everything is redrawn so that it all had the same feel.

I didn’t originally plan on this being a tee shirt. I got a tablet recently and just wanted to sketch to get the feel for it. After finishing this, I placed it on a T template out of curiosity and sent it to some designer friends that approved. If there was a problem with any licensing (even though all had been re-drawn and altered), I would gladly pay the creator of the original image if needed. I did this for fun not money.
