This is a re-make of Harlequin – and has a totally different feel to it….
The ideal ink types: The hot pink/red part would be distressed?, with the colour stained over the top. The white would be a surface ink type – sitting on top the surface of the fabric that is.

The first one was good, but this one is both significantly better and significantly closer to something I would wear at the same time! +1
I like how the organic lines now extend completely to the top instead of leaving a small stretch of seemingly misplaced vertical line in their wake. I would prefer, however, if they also extended completely to the bottom as they do on the female model above. Also, I like the left placement better. :]
The final question, though, is how far the design is going to wrap around (if at all) and how it is going to terminate in either case. Whatever the former, a shallow transparent-to-black gradient seems like it would be a simple and workable solution to the latter.
I see what you mean about the lines going all the way to the top and bottom. I see no reason why both guys and girls couldn’t have the same layout. it was just 2 different ideas I guess. But I have had a look at some of the printed ones and I can see that often the layout is different one to the other. …
as for the black gradient fade at the edges. it is a great idea – and I had considered it, but it would have to be added by the DBH people I would have thought because each T-shirt size would need the gradient in a different spot… ?
yeah…the ladies shirt is specially.. fantastic,,,…..but both of shirts are pretty awesome….voted
