full colors! nice!

Full colour seems like the better option. It’s got an certain aura of the late 80’s, early 90’s and that’s certainly a fashionable thing in this market. If you’re going to go with a monochromatic route, why make it brown? It’s the deep sea, it should be dark and murky with blue hues or black tones; Which means you could add some very interesting textures to the shirt itself to stimulate that immense pressure and spooky environment. Nice work.
