Yikes. Should have been a Halloweek submission. Composition is centered, and not taking advantage of the wrap around. While the colors are varied and bright, the hair always stays black, which brings an appropriately but unnecessary dark overtone to the piece. The face has been copied over and over and over, the size being the same… think of it as a song with the same note being played over and over… it’s annoying. I know this is getting long but in the end… why should the U.S. Government change the world… shouldn’t it start with the people and not some figure head?

Funny, I love this lollypop style but the typography are creepy. You should make it funny too ;)
