I like the idea a lot. maybe you could add something about “just counting days” or illustrate that some how. but refine this idea it is great.

I love the idea of tally marks all over a shirt, but I’m not fond of the text. Great idea, though!

I actually like the sticker thing.
But make it smaller on the shirt itself.

Would be better if you hid ‘Waste of time’ in the ticks, not a sticker but lines resembling the ticks.
