I think that the subject is great – placement is there, but I think that size can be played around with, like the cat going in and out of the frame (front and back) and the bird is a bit disproportionate – and yeah, the splatters make no sense. Outside of this, I think that you’ve got a great base from which to work!

the cat and bird are awesome! the splashes of paint a little unnecessary. the cat reminds me of my cat, i love it.

I don’t mind the splatters. I don’t know why they are there, but I don’t mind. Thank you for the a-typical point of view. Fun action shot!
