hehe just 15 min ago I saw the movie. this is really neat! maybe something crazyer and wider would fit the theme also..

Nice one yes, but copyright issues, 4 sure… not about the fact it is your design but about the fact Batman is a license and characters that belong to the licence can surely not be copied, and even more for commercial purpose… so well, check if the joker character is licensed free by warner but i’m sure you’ll have a bad surprise… :-/

I dont get the copyright either. I would assume this cant be printed. But then Design By Humans printed a shirt with Chewbaca on it…so?
This shirt looks amazing. Pretty sure we can’t use licensed characters in our designs, though.

I agree with the others, but your design is executed wonderfully. Really captured that joker feel! Your fluid brushwork is beautiful to look at. The movie rocked, too.
This breaks copyright. This only works if it’s a parody but it’s not. It doesn’t matter if it’s not a direct image from the movie, it’s close of enough to the movie’s joker’s likeness which the studio owns. They may and probably even have his likeness trademarked since they will for sure be making posters, toys, etc with his likeness on it. Good design though, I just fear they cannot print this. But then again I don’t know where DBH is located, since that may change things.
