need help!…i can’t reduce my size to 25kb!unless i reduce my transparency to 40-20%. how can i save my thumbnail to 25kb without reducing the quality?

I am definitely not a fan of the center, but the around the neck looks alright. I wonder what this looks like if you put half on the back, half on the front…
The design overall is really cool and the ONLY thing that would make this even cooler is if you put specialty inks on top that made the shirt pop… so you could have two black swirls like that with one on top of the other.

Same as everyone else, around the neck is more interesting.
