This is my first submission on DBH. I’ve always wanted to make some kind of impact in the art community, whether it be with people that speak the same language or not. Art is an expression in itself, don’t allow language or lifestyles to get in the way, break the barriers and unite.

I like it! This is an awesome submission…I like that it is very clean and not at all abstract. (Very commercial and Classic)This gets the point across. I like that even though its just words you added some substance with all the decorative ebelishments.
It could be bigger in the tee..
it bugs me a little me the fact that it is not centered xD
I love assimetry, but not in this case
the design is great.. neat.. and very carefully finished..
So, visually it’s well done. I also enjoy how clean it is, and the visual design is superb. It seems kinda ironically self defeating, though. I mean, it says “break the language barrier” in English, just English, and that’s pretty much the whole of the design. The design itself does nothing to actually either break the language barrier, or demonstrate how DBH does.
I think that the message is in one language, but the breaking is made by the different typograpy..
If you are going to break the language barrier that shouldn’t make your message confusing..
Thanks for the comments and criticism guys, makes me feel welcome to the community now.
– ivory_thunder, glad you like it! I tend to have a clean style, great to see people so many people enjoy it. :) – eyesloveyou, I had it bigger on the tee at first, but then it just looked kinda odd, so I shrunk it a little. I think symmetrical designs work a lot better with center placement, I kind of wanted to stay away from that for this one; maybe later. – sterlingdragon, I actually thought about the whole English thing when I was doing it, but I didn’t want it to look confusing. To make a lot of different languages legible in the design, it just wouldn’t come off the same, be jumbled perhaps and would have taken away from the cleanness of it. Those were my thoughts while working on it. Thanks for the criticism!nice i like this +1 from me..

the language barrier is on heck of a barrier to break :D but it’s possible :) i hope your message helps in achieving it :D voted! please, if you have time to, check out my vz, comment, vote too :D it’ll help so much since there are still 5 days to go :D the race will tighten for sure in the final days so your support is very welcome :D cheers!
i agree that using only text to communicate breaking the language barrier is somewhat of an oxymoron. as you are insinuating that visual communication is the international language, using visual imagery/symbology rather than language to do so would be more effective. that being said, i am a fan of the concept and would love to see you take it to the next level.
nice work! +1 the message is inspiring, art itself breaks all language barriers, that’s why i love art. goodluck man!
That is pretty awesome.+1!
