There is nothing illegal to your design (if it’s your own); yes it’s similar but as long as it’s not a copy of an existing piece (altered afterwards or not) – it’s legit. But to get more support from DBH members try and do something more original by adding your own mark to the design – Best of luck yo!
in the picture, his legs cut off so I adjust the size of the design on t-shirt. if small the design maybe will look bad on t-shirt and i still less in making a background

I dont think it’s an issue.I merely observed it was similar, so what I was saying is cool style, but maybe different pose to make your ‘mark’. Its quite a classic style with the red sun and the warrior is different enough. The pose is generic.
This is not a rip. This is two designers coming up with the same idea which to be honest is not a complex idea. A Samurai Warrior standing infront of a Japanese looking red moon. We have received hundreds of designs similar. It’s a shame a design with similar composition has already printed because this would have been a strong contender had Barmalizer not beaten you to it.
Great detailing and well executed art. Good job heronotdie, it’s cool to see you move away from your usual style. I would suggest trying this style with other characters and scenes too. Get’s my vote.

This design is awesome but it seems it has a minor copyright issue, anyways im voting this up! :D great!
