This looks similar to a vector I got on one of my Computer Arts CDs…

While I think it’s totally OK to use free vector art-work, I also believe in effective composition as well, and think there’s a lot of opportunity to have the dragon visually interacting with the stars and writing. A good start, but think about how you make the vector YOURS in terms of your coloring, your filter work, and your placement on the canvas (by canvas I mean Tshirt)
the illo is hot but lose the chinese writing. It makes it look like one of the cheesy tops you buy in the markets. Not being mean I just think the illo is strong enough on its own.
